I photograph people, places and the things they create, with an eye for character, colour and atmosphere. Whether l’m working with an independent business, creating a portrait or telling a wider brand story, l’m looking for the details that make the photographs feel individual rather than generic.

I photograph people, but l’m just as interested in whats happening around them. The light, the setting, the conversation and the little details that help tell the story.
l’m drawn to colour, texture and places with character. A weathered wall, an old doorway, a favourite corner of a home or a beautiful window can all add something.
My background in art and design means l’m always thinking about the whole frame. What someone wears, where we photograph, what belongs on the picture and what doesn’t.
l give direction when it’s useful, but never so much that things stop feeling believable. The aim is photography that feels individual, considered and full of life.
My approach
Before a shoot, we’ll talk about what you need, how the photographs will be used and the overall look and feel we’re aiming are aiming for.
I’ll help you choose the right location and advise on clothes, colour and the details that will bring everything together.
On the day, l’ll think about light, setting and composition and give you plenty of direction so you know what to do in front of the camera.
The result is photography that feels individual, confident and visually strong.
